The client must inform the management of the number of people included in the reservation. Only the number of people indicated in the reservation confirmation is entitled to occupy the accommodation and facilities.
Upon arrival, the client will identify all users by means of a document proving their identity (DNI/NIE/PASSPORT)
In the event of any breach of the aforementioned obligations, the owner, at his own discretion, has the right to ask the client to vacate the establishment and the client will not be entitled to any compensation.
It is mandatory, by law, to register all guests over the age of 14 and send it electronically to the General Directorate of Police. (Decree 159/2012). The mandatory data for registration are: full name, date of birth, ID card, date of arrival, nationality and signature.
