CAL VIUDET VELL
Cal Viudet Vell is a 16th century farmhouse according to records.
It was a humble peasant's house, dedicated to agriculture and livestock. The upper part was intended for housing. The ground floor served as stables for the animals that were dedicated to the cultivation of the fields surrounding the estate. It was inhabited until 1960.
Thanks to the work done by the couple Lluís and M. Rosa, advised by their friend Josep Maria Boix (who have been restoring it for three years and pampering its small details), the result is a house worthy of quiet and very pleasant stays with all the comforts of the 21st century.
Enjoy nature, ideal for spending weekends and holidays.

Conditions
- For weekends, holidays and special dates, please consult prices.
- Rates for up to 10 people. Extra people have a supplement of €25 per night/person. The total capacity of the house is 12.
- Minimum stay of two nights.
- Once the pre-reservation has been made by the management, the client will have 48 hours to make the payment for the reservation (deposit), which will be 25 % of the total, by bank transfer.
- If a reservation is canceled in less than 15 days , the pre-reservation will not be refunded.
- Entry hours on weekends from 5pm, and for entire weeks at 5pm.
- Departure time on weekends, before 7pm on Sunday and for entire weeks before 10am.

How to get there
From the C-16 road of the Llobregat Eix (Barcelona–Cadí Tunnel), take exit 88 towards Casserres BV-4132 (4 km). Arriving in Casserres, take the first roundabout towards Espunyola. At the second roundabout, also take the direction of Espunyola. Continue along the BV-4131 road for 1 km and you will find the turning on the left indicating Cal Viduet Vell.
