THE HOUSE
Cal Sicull is an isolated house outside the urban area, completely renovated and located on a small hill where you can appreciate the views of the village of scattered houses.
It belongs to the town of Santa Maria de Merlès, within the Berguedà region and at the foot of Lluçanès-Osona. It is in the middle of nature with a privileged and unique environment, with the tranquility of being close to the forest, ideal for disconnecting from the stress and noise of the city, but with all the comforts one could wish for. Just one hour from Barcelona, 20 minutes from Berga, 20 from Vic and 1 hour from La Molina.
The house has two fully habitable floors. The first is ideal for people with mobility difficulties, as it is at ground level.
The first floor has:
- 1 double room with TV
- 1 laundry space
- 1 spacious bathroom with heating
- Living-dining room
- Fully equipped kitchen
The second floor has:
- 2 bathrooms
- 2 quadruple rooms with TV
- 1 triple room with double bed + single bed
- 1 double room with 2 single beds

Conditions
- For weekends, holidays and special dates, please consult prices.
- Rates up to 13 places. Extra places have a supplement of €25 per night/person. The total capacity of the house is 15.
- Minimum stay of two nights.
- Once the pre-reservation has been made by the management, the client will have 48 hours to make the payment for the reservation (deposit), which will be 25 % of the total, by bank transfer.
- If a reservation is canceled in less than 15 days , the pre-reservation will not be refunded.
- Entry hours on weekends from 5pm, and for entire weeks at 5pm.
- Departure time on weekends, before 7pm on Sunday and for entire weeks before 10am.
