Cozy rural house located in Casserres, Berguedà region, in a natural and quiet setting.
The rural house is equipped for groups of 6-8 people with very well-kept indoor and outdoor spaces, ideal for spending a few days with family or friends in the middle of nature.
Fully equipped with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen (fridge – freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, toaster, juicer and Italian coffee maker) dining room with fireplace (firewood included) and living room.
Outside there is a magnificent garden, outdoor porch with garden furniture, barbecue and large private outdoor pool.
Other equipment available to you is: heating, washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, dishwasher tablets, soap and detergents, bed linen included, towels included, cot and high chair available.
Pets are accepted (subject to prior approval).

Conditions
- For weekends, holidays and special dates, please consult prices.
- Rates up to 7 places. Extra places have a supplement of €25 per night/person. The total capacity of the house is 9.
- Minimum stay of two nights.
- Once the pre-reservation has been made by the management, the client will have 48 hours to make the payment for the reservation (deposit), which will be 25 % of the total, by bank transfer.
- If a reservation is canceled in less than 30 days , the pre-reservation will not be refunded.
- Entry hours on weekends from 5pm, and for entire weeks at 5pm.
- Departure time on weekends, before 7pm on Sunday and for entire weeks before 10am.

How to get there
Coming from the C-16 road of the Llobregat Axis (Barcelona–Cadí Tunnel), take exit 88 towards Casserres BV-4132 (4 Km).
Arriving in the village, at the 1st roundabout take Casserres-oest towards L'Espunyola. At the 2nd roundabout take the direction of L'Espunyola. Continue along the BV-4131 road for 0.5km and take a short left onto an unpaved road, where it indicates Cal Minguet, take the path on the left. You will go about 100 meters more and you will reach Cal Campllarg on the right.
