AVAILABILITY AND RESERVATION CONFIRMATION<\/label>\r\n\t\t<div class=\"toggle-content\">\r\n\t\t<h3 class=\"entry-title\" style=\"display: none;\">1. AVAILABILITY AND RESERVATION CONFIRMATION<\/h3><span class=\"vcard\" style=\"display: none;\"><span class=\"fn\"><a href=\"https:\/\/puigrural.cat\/en\/author\/usuari_puig\/\" rel=\"author\">usuari_puig<\/a><\/span><\/span><span class=\"updated\" style=\"display:none\">2025-04-10T09:33:22+02:00<\/span><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the \u201cPre-reservation\u201d has been accepted by the management, the client will have 48 hours to make the payment for the formalization of the reservation (deposit), which will be 25% of the total, by means of a transfer to the current account that will be provided to him, indicating his name and the days of the stay. After this period, in the event that payment has not been received, the management reserves the right to propose the accommodation to other potential clients. <\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the transfer is received, we will send you the booking confirmation. The booking is not made until the owner has received the transfer and you have received the booking confirmation.<br\/> Users are obliged to communicate, once the reservation has been confirmed by the owner, the identification details (DNI\/NIE\/PASSPORT) of the people who will be staying in the house, for the period stipulated in the reservation. <\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The cost of the bank transfer is the responsibility of the client, and can never be deducted from the rental cost.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Requesting or receiving information about the availability status of the establishment does not imply acceptance of the Reservation by the owner.<\/p>\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t<\/section>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"faq general-conditions post-7020 type-faq status-publish hentry faq_cat-general-conditions\">\r\n\t<section class=\"toggle\">\r\n\t\t<label>2. PAYMENT OF THE STAY AMOUNT<\/label>\r\n\t\t<div class=\"toggle-content\">\r\n\t\t<h3 class=\"entry-title\" style=\"display: none;\">2. PAYMENT OF THE STAY AMOUNT<\/h3><span class=\"vcard\" style=\"display: none;\"><span class=\"fn\"><a href=\"https:\/\/puigrural.cat\/en\/author\/usuari_puig\/\" rel=\"author\">usuari_puig<\/a><\/span><\/span><span class=\"updated\" style=\"display:none\">2025-04-10T09:33:29+02:00<\/span><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the time of formalizing entry to the house, the client will pay in cash the total amount of the reservation minus the amount given as a deposit. The amount referring to the tourist tax will have to be paid. <\/p>\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t<\/section>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"faq general-conditions post-7004 type-faq status-publish hentry faq_cat-general-conditions\">\r\n\t<section class=\"toggle\">\r\n\t\t<label>3. DEPOSIT<\/label>\r\n\t\t<div class=\"toggle-content\">\r\n\t\t<h3 class=\"entry-title\" style=\"display: none;\">3. DEPOSIT<\/h3><span class=\"vcard\" style=\"display: none;\"><span class=\"fn\"><a href=\"https:\/\/puigrural.cat\/en\/author\/usuari_puig\/\" rel=\"author\">usuari_puig<\/a><\/span><\/span><span class=\"updated\" style=\"display:none\">2025-04-10T09:37:39+02:00<\/span><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A deposit of 200\u20ac will be paid, this amount will be held in deposit and will be returned to the client by bank transfer within 48 hours of departure if there are no damages or extra cleaning costs, otherwise the deposit will be used to cover the damages caused. ARRIVAL<\/h3><span class=\"vcard\" style=\"display: none;\"><span class=\"fn\"><a href=\"https:\/\/puigrural.cat\/en\/author\/usuari_puig\/\" rel=\"author\">usuari_puig<\/a><\/span><\/span><span class=\"updated\" style=\"display:none\">2025-04-10T09:33:17+02:00<\/span><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The client is obliged to pay the price of the stay at the time of presentation of the invoice; in no case does the fact of submitting a claim exempt them from this payment.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Upon arrival, the client will sign the rental contract, pay the outstanding amount of the total amount of the stay, pay the mandatory deposit and pay the amount relating to the tourist tax, as previously explained.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hours:<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Weekend stays: Check-in time at the establishment will be from 5pm.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stays 1 \/ 2 Weeks: Check-in time will be from 4pm.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If, for any reason, you plan to arrive before or after this time frame, please let us know and we will try to accommodate you at the desired time.<\/p>\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t<\/section>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"faq general-conditions post-6994 type-faq status-publish hentry faq_cat-general-conditions\">\r\n\t<section class=\"toggle\">\r\n\t\t<label>6. CUSTOMER NUMBER AND IDENTIFICATION<\/h3><span class=\"vcard\" style=\"display: none;\"><span class=\"fn\"><a href=\"https:\/\/puigrural.cat\/en\/author\/usuari_puig\/\" rel=\"author\">usuari_puig<\/a><\/span><\/span><span class=\"updated\" style=\"display:none\">2025-04-10T09:33:17+02:00<\/span><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The client must inform the management of the number of people included in the reservation. Only the number of people indicated in the reservation confirmation is entitled to occupy the accommodation and facilities. <\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Upon arrival, the client will identify all users by means of a document proving their identity (DNI\/NIE\/PASSPORT)<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event of any breach of the aforementioned obligations, the owner, at his own discretion, has the right to ask the client to vacate the establishment and the client will not be entitled to any compensation.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is mandatory, by law, to register all guests over the age of 14 and send it electronically to the General Directorate of Police. (Decree 159\/2012). The mandatory data for registration are: full name, date of birth, ID card, date of arrival, nationality and signature.  <\/p>\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t<\/section>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"faq general-conditions post-7011 type-faq status-publish hentry faq_cat-general-conditions\">\r\n\t<section class=\"toggle\">\r\n\t\t<label>8. BEHAVIOR<\/label>\r\n\t\t<div class=\"toggle-content\">\r\n\t\t<h3 class=\"entry-title\" style=\"display: none;\">8. BEHAVIOR<\/h3><span class=\"vcard\" style=\"display: none;\"><span class=\"fn\"><a href=\"https:\/\/puigrural.cat\/en\/author\/usuari_puig\/\" rel=\"author\">usuari_puig<\/a><\/span><\/span><span class=\"updated\" style=\"display:none\">2025-04-10T09:33:24+02:00<\/span><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If this person or any of the companions does not behave appropriately and responsibly, the owner is authorized to ask the client and their companions to immediately leave the establishment without the client being entitled to any type of compensation.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Activities such as celebrations can be held on the porch and indoors as long as the volume of activity is appropriate to guarantee a good rest for the neighbors.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The infrastructure and interior and exterior furniture of the house must be respected and left as they were upon arrival.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pets: Animals are not allowed for hygiene reasons, without express permission from the owner at the time of booking.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is the obligation of the person responsible for the animal to keep the property clean of excrement. Failure to comply with this cleaning rule may result in a penalty of \u20ac200 for lack of hygiene.<\/p>\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t<\/section>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"faq general-conditions post-7000 type-faq status-publish hentry faq_cat-general-conditions\">\r\n\t<section class=\"toggle\">\r\n\t\t<label>9. RESPONSIBILITY<\/label>\r\n\t\t<div class=\"toggle-content\">\r\n\t\t<h3 class=\"entry-title\" style=\"display: none;\">9. RESPONSIBILITY<\/h3><span class=\"vcard\" style=\"display: none;\"><span class=\"fn\"><a href=\"https:\/\/puigrural.cat\/en\/author\/usuari_puig\/\" rel=\"author\">usuari_puig<\/a><\/span><\/span><span class=\"updated\" style=\"display:none\">2025-04-10T09:33:20+02:00<\/span><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The establishment is not responsible for any loss, damage, cancellation or any additional expense suffered by the client, or for any cause beyond the owner's control.<br\/> The management is not responsible for the loss or forgetting of objects; however, if any object is found in the establishment during cleaning, the owner will have no problem sending it to the address provided by means of cash on delivery.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Smoking is not allowed in the rooms, nor is it allowed to remove utensils, bed linen, blankets, etc. from the establishment. Bath towels are for this use, under no circumstances will they be used as pool towels. We already have express towels for the pool.  <\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event of any damage, the client must notify the management and always before leaving the establishment, to avoid misunderstandings.
